Short version

We keep your email so we can tell you when your seat is ready. We don't sell it, share it for ads or track you around the web.

What we collect

When you reserve a seat, we store:

• your email address
• the plan you picked
• the page you signed up from
• the ad that brought you here, if any
• when you signed up

We also count visits and Get Biff clicks per ad. Those counts don't include who you are. This site sets no cookies and loads nothing from other companies. Our fonts are hosted here too.

Who else handles it

Amazon Web Services hosts this site and stores the signup list for us.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it or you close your account. If you never set up an account, we delete your email 12 months after your seat opens.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email privacy@askbiff.com and we'll reply asap.

Your code

When Biff reviews your code, it isn't stored and it's never used for training. Never.

Changes

If anything here changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
